Depois de ensacado a v\u00e1cuo, o molde \u00e9 colocado dentro da autoclave, um forno pressurizado capaz de manter alta temperatura e press\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante a cura, a autoclave aplica calor (geralmente de 120\u00b0C a 180\u00b0C) e press\u00e3o (geralmente de 85-100 psi) de acordo com um ciclo de cura preciso. Isso promove o fluxo da resina, o umedecimento da fibra e a reticula\u00e7\u00e3o da matriz polim\u00e9rica, resultando em um comp\u00f3sito estruturalmente s\u00f3lido e sem vazios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os par\u00e2metros do ciclo, como taxa de rampa, tempo de imers\u00e3o e taxa de resfriamento, s\u00e3o controlados por meio de sistemas sofisticados de PLC (Controlador L\u00f3gico Program\u00e1vel). O resfriamento r\u00e1pido pode introduzir tens\u00f5es internas ou deforma\u00e7\u00f5es.
