Ce d\u00e9veloppement fait suite \u00e0 des n\u00e9gociations intensives qui se sont tenues \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve et marque une d\u00e9sescalade substantielle dans les tensions commerciales actuelles entre les deux nations. Les discussions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re franche, approfondie et constructive, guid\u00e9es par les principes d'\u00e9galit\u00e9 et de b\u00e9n\u00e9fice mutuel. Les deux parties se sont concentr\u00e9es sur des questions telles que les ajustements tarifaires, l'acc\u00e8s au march\u00e9 et le commerce \u00e9quitable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les deux parties ont convenu de ce qui suit :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u00e8s \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, les deux parties suspendront l'imposition de nouveaux droits de douane l'une envers l'autre pour une p\u00e9riode de 90 jours ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les \u00c9tats-Unis r\u00e9duiront les droits de douane suppl\u00e9mentaires sur certains produits chinois d'un maximum de 145% \u00e0 30%, tandis que la Chine r\u00e9duira les droits de douane suppl\u00e9mentaires sur certains produits am\u00e9ricains de 125% \u00e0 10% ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pendant la suspension de 90 jours, les deux parties poursuivront les n\u00e9gociations en vue de parvenir \u00e0 un consensus \u00e0 long terme sur un cadre de coop\u00e9ration \u00e9conomique et commerciale ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les deux pays se sont engag\u00e9s \u00e0 renforcer la protection de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle, \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l'environnement des entreprises et \u00e0 promouvoir la coop\u00e9ration technologique ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les deux parties maintiendront une communication \u00e9troite afin d'\u00e9viter les malentendus et de pr\u00e9venir l'escalade des tensions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de ce cycle de n\u00e9gociations n'ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 faciles \u00e0 obtenir et refl\u00e8tent le d\u00e9sir commun des deux pays d'att\u00e9nuer les tensions commerciales et de stabiliser les cha\u00eenes d'approvisionnement mondiales. \u00c0 l'avenir, la Chine et les \u00c9tats-Unis maintiendront l'esprit de respect mutuel et de coop\u00e9ration gagnant-gagnant pour construire des relations \u00e9conomiques et commerciales bilat\u00e9rales stables, saines et durables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Fin de la d\u00e9claration commune<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-key-impacts-include\">Les principaux impacts sont les suivants<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les produits en fibre de carbone - y compris les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, les pr\u00e9impr\u00e9gn\u00e9s et les pi\u00e8ces en fibre de carbone sur mesure - verront une diminution significative des droits d'importation et d'exportation. La r\u00e9duction des droits de douane devrait renforcer la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 mondiale des produits en fibre de carbone fabriqu\u00e9s en Chine et aux \u00c9tats-Unis.
