L'objectif de la mise sous vide est d'\u00e9liminer l'air et les substances volatiles de la stratification tout en compactant les couches avant le durcissement en autoclave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le moule contenant le composite est scell\u00e9 \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur d'un sac \u00e0 vide fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d'un film r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la chaleur. Le sac est ensuite reli\u00e9 \u00e0 une pompe \u00e0 vide qui aspire l'air, cr\u00e9ant ainsi une pression n\u00e9gative. Une fois mis sous vide, le moule est plac\u00e9 dans l'autoclave, un four pressuris\u00e9 capable de maintenir une temp\u00e9rature et une pression \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant la polym\u00e9risation, l'autoclave applique de la chaleur (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 120\u00b0C \u00e0 180\u00b0C) et de la pression (souvent de 85 \u00e0 100 psi) selon un cycle de polym\u00e9risation pr\u00e9cis. Cela favorise l'\u00e9coulement de la r\u00e9sine, l'humidification des fibres et la r\u00e9ticulation de la matrice polym\u00e8re, ce qui permet d'obtenir un composite exempt de vides et structurellement sain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les param\u00e8tres du cycle, tels que la vitesse de rampe, le temps de trempage et la vitesse de refroidissement, sont contr\u00f4l\u00e9s par des syst\u00e8mes PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) sophistiqu\u00e9s. Ces conditions sont adapt\u00e9es au syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9sine sp\u00e9cifique et \u00e0 la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de la pi\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refroidissement et d\u00e9moulage<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le cycle de l'autoclave, le composant doit refroidir progressivement dans des conditions contr\u00f4l\u00e9es. Un refroidissement rapide pourrait introduire des contraintes internes ou des d\u00e9formations. Une fois refroidie \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, la pi\u00e8ce est retir\u00e9e de l'autoclave et d\u00e9sensach\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9moulage est effectu\u00e9 avec pr\u00e9caution pour \u00e9viter d'endommager la pi\u00e8ce durcie. En fonction de la conception du moule, des agents de d\u00e9moulage ou des traitements de la surface du moule peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour faciliter ce processus. \u00c0 ce stade, la pi\u00e8ce a atteint son \u00e9tat de durcissement final, avec toutes ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela marque la transition entre la phase de durcissement et le
